Familiar Face in Forster-Tuncurry
Mark Lowry has been helping people with their real estate needs in Forster- Tuncurry since 1992. Prior to this Mark worked in real estate in Sydney and Port Macquarie before joining First National in Tuncurry. He was a director of First National Real Estate until 2002, when he decided it was time to have a break and spend some time with the children.
Mark’s dedication to ensuring professionalism in all areas of real estate practice is evidenced through the office being different to the Agencies he has been involved with before. “I hope we will be seen as an alternative to the bigger offices and be able to offer a local, professional service to all our existing and prospective clients.” Mark said.
Ironically, the Manning Street address was a real estate office in 1981-1983 where Mark first started his real estate career after leaving Forster High School. “Life is a circle and I am back at where it all started for me at Bob Lee Real Estate all those years ago. Practices have changed quite a lot, though, since those early days,” Mark said. Although this is a small, personalized office they use the latest in information technology to offer purchasers the best access to listings and our Vendors will get the most up to date exposure of their properties. The Agency has major exposure for it’s listings on Domain.com.au, realestate.com.au, EAC.com.au as well as this site allowing them to make initial enquiries in the privacy of their home and in their own time.
Working in the Sales Team is Rod Manning . Many Forster-Tuncurry residents live where they are now after dealing with Rod Manning. Over 5 years local Real Estate experience, Rod was very successful at the local First National office, gives Rod the knowledge and credentials to offer professional service and care to Vendors and buyers alike.
In the latter half of 2006 the team at Mark Lowry Real Estate was boosted
when Simon Purdy joined them. After a successful career in human resources,
administration and then telecommunications, Simon has travelled extensively
before deciding to make the move, with his wife Kellie, from Tamworth to
Forster-Tuncurry.
After successfully undertaking real estate studies he is well equipped for
this challenging and interesting career. He says “I enjoy the satisfaction
of taking the day to day worries away from the owners of investment properties,
by providing a complete property management service. He also takes great
pride in assisting “sellers” and “buyers” in achieving
their goals and is always prepared to take that extra step to get a satisfactory
result.
Also working in the team is Tania Hansen and Sandra Valentine. Tania and Sandra
share the responsibility of Office administration and Reception, a very important
position as first contact with the office. Tania is known to many thru her
work in local retail over many years. Sandra, Rod and Mark worked together
for many years at First National. Sandra adds many benefits to the team with
her competency, high work ethic and experience. Also working with the team
is Mark’s wife Michelle, the accounts manager and their son, Ben who “meets & greets” on the weekend.
The Mark Lowry Real Estate team looks forward to continuing their professional relationship with the many existing clients who have dealt with Mark over the past years and to meeting many new clients and helping with their real estate needs.
